I am not sure that I can put this into words to eloquently express my gratitude for you and your staff enough. After four years of undergoing infertility treatment, I was emotionally and physically drained. I did not know what the future held and I learned not to completely trust my doctors. I came to you with a broken spirit. You took my concerns seriously and addressed my questions. You took the time to explain the process with me and to set a game plan that we were both comfortable with. In just a few short months you didn’t just give me hope, you gave me results! I appreciate all that you have done and we are thrilled to be expecting. It is time for me to transfer to another doctor.

Although I will miss you and your staff, this is a positive sign that my pregnancy is strong. I am not sure that you will ever know the impact that this miracle has or will have on my life. To think that you help so many women throughout the year is inspiring. You are truly making a positive impact and I am so thankful. I only wish I came to you earlier. In closing, I just want you to know that you have helped us in a way that my husband and I couldn’t help ourselves. You became more than a doctor, you are a friend. My husband and I are so thankful for your guidance, wisdom and friendship!
